My family took my mother in-law to Yellowstone for her 75 birthday. We rented the Simply Handy scooter from Maggie and her team at Bozeman Mobility Scooters. Maggie was prompt, very responsive to email/text and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Maggie meet us at the airport to deliver the scooter, then explained to me everything I would need to know, from operating the scooter to breaking it down. Maggie also provided helpful follow up videos so I had something to refer back to in case I was unsure. Maggie and her team were amazingly accommodating and helped me get all set up with a super lightweight scooter that was easy to get in and out of my vehicle to get around town. The scooter worked great throughout the family trip to Yellowstone. Maggie dropped off the scooter to us and was flexible with the return.
